Delivery
What are my shipping options?
DPD Next Day - Order Monday-Thursday before 2pm for next day delivery - Orders placed before 2pm Fridays will arrive on the following Monday (Exluding Bank Holidays).
Evri standard
Evri 24: Order Monday-Thursday before 2pm for next day delivery - Orders placed before 2pm Fridays will arrive the following Monday (Excluding Bank Holidays).
Orders placed on Weekends / Bank Holidays will begin processing on the next working day.
How much is delivery?
DPD Next working day - £5.98
Evri Standard - £4.00
Evri 24 - £4.50
Free Evri standard delivery on all orders over £40
What does same day dispatch mean?
All orders placed before 2pm Monday - Thursday will be picked, packed and dispatched on the the same day.
Shipping
How do I track my order?
Every order we ship is tracked
Not going to be in when my order is due for delivery
On the day of delivery the courier will send you a notification to let you know an estimated time of delivery.
If you are not going to be in, you will be able to update your delivery options to either a safe place, neighbour etc.
Courier Investigations
Once an investigation is raised, the courier usually aim to respond within 5 working days. We will be given a reference number (6 digits, hyphen, 6 digits)
As soon as we hear back from the courier we will be in touch to update you on the investigation findings.
Usually opening an investigation will trigger your parcel to be delivered.
We cannot proceed until we have allowed the courier to progress their investigation.
Support
I have a problem with my order, what do I do?
If you have a query with your order please email us at info@sugarlicious.org.uk with your order number, a picture of your delivery note and a picture of your products you have purchased, the we will then look into your query for you.
We offer a 7 day window from your parcel being delivered to get in touch with us regarding any issues, due to our products being perishable.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order providing it has not been processed.
To cancel your order email support@sweetzy.co.uk with your order number and one of the team will get back to you.
You are able to return orders within seven days of receipt, please follow our Return/Refund process to see how to do this.
I have an item missing from my order?
We do our best to get all orders out complete but on occasion this may not happen.
If a pick n mix item is out of stock, we will replace this with another sweet from your pick n mix list.
If a mistake does happens with any other part of your order, and you receive your order with items missing, please email info@sugarlicious.org.uk. To help speed up the process, if you could provide your order number and/or Delivery Note, along with a picture of the items you have received,
If your missing items total £3.99 or over we will re-send these but if the missing items are below £3.99 we will refund them back to you.
Please allow 3-5 working days for the refund to process.
I haven't received my order?
In all circumstances, please first, check the parcels tracking with the courier for the most up to date information. Tracking information can be provided, please contact info@sugarlicious.org.uk.
We ask you read below to see if your query has been answered, before you contact us.
1) You have received an email to say your order has been dispatched/ your website log in is showing your parcel has been completed; but it has not arrived yet.
General
How should I store my sweets?
We recommend that you keep your sweets sealed in the airtight pouchs or platter container and in a cool and dry place for maxiumum freshness.
How long will my sweets last for?
All sweets have a long best before date, however for maxiumum freshness we would advise that you consume you're sweets within four weeks.
Is it wise to order chocolate in the summer months?
We have no control over how long our parcels are exposed to the sun once they leave us, with this is mind we would advice that and chocolate items are ordered at the customers risk.
